Patch 1.4.2 lands with two targeted changes. The Backrooms map now uses a softer ambient occlusion layer that removes the bright vertical spotlight patches around the corner intersections, which were silently betraying mid-corner Hiders.

A targeted Z-fighting patch reduces the depth-buffer flicker that previously showed up when a Hider mesh shared the exact plane of a wall. Hiders should now be able to stand 0.1 studs off the surface with no visible tearing.

The Hider spawn pool now randomises the initial 30-second prep zone, so Seekers cannot reliably pre-aim the most common corners. Seeker hit detection has also been widened by a small margin to compensate.

Expect a short server restart cycle during the rollout window. Redeem SorryForRestart3 once it expires if you lose progress from the migration.
